homemade-pesto

 

  • 1 1/2 cup basil
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 3 Tbs. parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 pine nuts

In a food processor add basil, garlic and pulse until coarse ground. Add the cheese and nuts and a little oil to combine.  Add the remaining oil through the feeder tube while the motor is running. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve over spaghetti squash, baked fish or baked potato.
