We have an avocado chicken salad to please your taste buds and contribute to your health goals. This salad is a perfect fresh and good fat filled snack or full meal. The best part is that it is super easy to create!

Ingredients:

-Make sure you cook and chop up your chicken fist, I like a mix of dark and light meat (1 cup)

-1 avocado

-1 teaspoon lemon juice

-1 stock of celery, chopped

-1 tablespoon chopped onion

Double the recipe for a bigger serving!

How you put it together:

Mash your avocado till smooth and mix in the rest of your ingredients!
