I hear daddy Dan tell clients to commit to only 3 exercises a day. I personally do down dog, cat and camel every time I get up from a resting positing and do not have any pain or problems with my body— so I must be doing something right! The average american watches 3 hours of TV a day, so your exercises can even be done during your TV time. Most fitness coaches give their clients too many exercises to do at home and in the end none of them get done because it is overwhelming for most people. The key is consistency and committing to at least 3 daily exercises. If the proper exercises are prescribed and done, it can make all the difference in the world.  Give it a try!
